[Resolved] TATA Indicom Usb Modem — Wrong Billing and Non-Response | |||
Hello , I had TATA Indicom USB modem with MDN number [protected]. In the month between February and May 2009, I had charged for Rs. 500. The charge just vanished in very soon. I enquired the customer care for the usage. Initially they denied, but later I asked them that I need to know this information according to Right to Information act. They later gave the usage as 146 MegaBytes. With this usage my maximum bill amount possible can be only Rs.156. However I had done the maximum usage during night hours. Since they had reduced rates during night(Go One Data), the maximum bill amount could be between Rs.50 and Rs.100. I followed with them many times but they dont reply. Later I contacted their Mumbai nodal officer([protected]). This effor did not give any fruits. For the past couple of months, they are replying that the USB modem mobile no. is not appearing in their database. I have the emails that I exchanged with them. Please help me to get this resolved.
