[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Irresponsible calls from Tata indicom collect fake bill | |||
Dear Sir, This is to make you concern about the trouble I am facing with TATA Indicom after disconnection billing calles. My sister Ms. Shomika Sarkar had post paid connection of Tata Indicom mobile ( No was [protected] Account no[protected]. On 16th January 2010 my sister applied to Vashi tataindicom center to discontinue to post paid service form immediate effect and subsequently we deposited up to date bill amount on that very day. Tataindicom vashi branch acknowledge copy above letter with there signature and stamp. And above phone line got disconnected immediately. But surprisingly Tataindicom pepole send a bill form 17/01/2010 to 16/02/2010 to us. If we did not use the mobile for the period of 17/01/2010 to 16/02/2010 and clear all due up to 16/01/2010 and mentioned in disconnection letter, how did the send a bill (no[protected] mention due balance Rs. 533.00 (rupees three hundred ninety eight)? Continues call from tataindicom people for made our life miserable. So, please do the need full. TATA Indicom — Fake bills
We are using three TATA Indicom Post Paid numbers in my family from past two years.Earlier we didn't have any problem but now from last six months, the bills generated by them seems to be fake.We have received a bill of Rs 10, 000/- in the month of July.I mean how can we use that much while talking only in the same state with the scheme of TATA to TATA free activated at all the numbers.
I simply want to say that the concerned persons should have a check on this matter to serve the customers better.
