SIR ON 17 NOV 2010 I HAD BOUGHT A TATA INDICOM SIM (CDMA) FROM SHOP :FILMISTAAN STUDIO ,LOI BAZAAR, VRINDAVAN AND I HV PAID FULL FEEAND SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS DRIVING LISCENCE, ID CARD , WORKING CERTIFICATE,N SIM WAS ACTIVATED BY SHOPKEEPER ON 27 /11/10 AT MIDNIGHT MY OUTGOING CALL IS BARRED AND REASON GIVEN IS MY DOCUMENT ARE NOT SUBMITTED DESPITE I HV SUBMITTED DOCUMENT , NOW RETAILER SAYS THAT HE HAS SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENT TO TATA CARE ZONE BUT THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION NOW HE ADVISED TO SUBMIT AGAIN DOCUMENTS ,NOW PLEASE HELP ME SHOULD I AGAIN SUBMIT DOCUMENT TO RETAILER ONCE AGAIN , AND HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT HE WILL NOT MISUSE MY EARLY DOCUMENTS WHICH I HV SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING SIM .IS THERE NY NEED TO LODGE FIR FOR THIS ,ALSO IM REQUESTING TO TATA INDICOM PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER .
