[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Walky — Walky is not working

I have mail to the TATA Indicom again and again but still i am not getting response. Plz suggest me now what should i have to do.

(Mail to TATA Customer Care on dated- 14/07/09)
The problem is that i have purchased your tata walky and i pay Rs- 1000 for this. The walky MODEL no is-LSP-35CT. It is having some problem for that for resolving the problum i called to the customer care and they give me the address of LG care, when i visit there they told me the battery of walky is duplicate and other thing also. Then i visited to your leela bhavan office (RO) they committed me that they will replace my walky but still i am facing the problem and it has not replaced.

I have complained to your customer care and they told me that my complained will be resolve by 18/07/09, but its a very shame full thing that today it self no one is there to resolve my complain. Now i am writing to you. its my final complain to you and after this i ll go to the consumer court and this is last option to me.

Dear Anupam Singh,

this is my last mail to you. I have complaint before one month but again it is very shameful thing to you also that till date my complaint hasn't resolve. other then solving my problem my ph outgoing is barred.

This is my very last mail to you plz tell me you can solve my problem or not ? Otherwise i ll go to the Consumer Court.
