[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Walky — Refund not received from last 15 months

Hi,
I was having Tata Indicom Walky (No [protected]), which I closed in Nov, 2009. The connection was closed and Handset was collected after 2-3 months in Mar,2010. I was told that my refund payment will be processed soon.

However I am yet to receive any refund on this connection. I have made multiple complaints/requests with customer care and Nodal Officers, and every time I am promised that issue will be resolved within 2-3 days, but nothing happens

Request No[protected] – Made to nodal officer on 24-Jan-11 (which is open)

I have made tens of follow up calls on these and have not received any response still.
