[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Wimax Broadband — Fraudulent behaviour by the company

I bought Tata wimax connection on 21 Aug 2009. Took Flash384 plan.

There are 2 complaints.
1. I do not have the need of static IP and most home users don't need one unless they are using it for VPN (with static ip authentication) or if you are hosting a website. Tata Indicom is throwing up a login page for normal users and to de-activate this login page they are forcing consumers to buy this "Static IP" for which they charge Rs.2000. Having this login page is a huge headache as you will not be able to access your internet connections through your mobile devices.

2. I was supposed to get 1.5 mbps at night. In september, just one month after taking the connection i did not get that speed. After continuous complaints, they told me that Tata Indicom is NO MORE providing the flash 384 plan and asked me to downgrade to infinity 384. I did not agree to this, but finally they pushed me to infinity 384 plan without my consent or approval. During this period which took 3 months, I was charged for 1.5 mpbs at night, but only got 384 kbps. Now when they wanted to downgrade this plan, I asked the agent to send me an email. But the fact that they are not ready to put it in writing means that they are infact trying to cheat.
Add to this i received several calls where the person would call me up and ask me "Sir this is to confirm that you wanted to downgrade to infinity 384 plan", for which I would respond "I did not ask for it and neither do i consent for the change. Send me an email regarding these details". As soon as I tell this, they would just say ok and hang up.

Now still I see that Tata Indicom is selling this flash 384 plan. I feel that they will just lure the customers using this plan and in a planned way pushing them down to 384 plan once u become their customer. Can some one look into this?

dear sir i am customer of tata indicom broadband wimax.i have complain regarding this broadband connection.i am giving more than 10 complain regarding my connection its not working, but no body taking response of my complain.plz solve my problem...

VALUE ADDED CHARGES OF RS. 130 ARE WRONGLY CHARGED TO MY WI-FAX ACCOUNT.
