I am Prem Kumar chhetri, I have been using the TATA BRODBAND SERVICES, powered by Wimax, from last 6 months. Four days back, early in the morning when i checked my system,i got the error message in my system "Network Cable unpluged", I made the first complaint on the 4/02/2010 by calling the tata broadband customer services on [protected], My call was picked up by An agent, who had little command over the communication skills and kept repeated on the same manner, His Name - Pawan, he gave me the complaint number[protected], saying this will be rectified within 24 hours, That day the Field engineer did come around 5.30 (Tired and worried, as apparently while his bike was parked an incoming car had bruised his bike and he was more focused of making a complain to police about the incident then getting my complaint sorted out) He did try changing few wires here and there. Since he was worried about his bike i didnt pressurize him much. He told me sir, i will bring the new wires early tommorow morning to get it replaced. The Tommorow morning never came. I waited in desparation, but no contacts. After a day on the 6/02/2010, I called up the customer services for TATA broadband, which then left me with Mr. Adarsh. Who in return promised me in the same manner that it will be rectified within 24 hours. He did give me the complaint number[protected]. But this time around i even didnt receive a single call. I am working in the night shift so had to leave for the day. No update.
Today i made another call to the cursed [protected] number, By now all fed up and tired, This call was answered by Mr. Kalyan, he told me in the straight and simple tone, Sir since its sunday there is no manager or supervisor to spk with me and the issue can't be resolved today. it will be done in next 48 hours. I spoke with him for nearly 36 min, but he won at the end as i was loosing on the battle to spk with somebody higher.
So, now i thankfully got the number of one of the area sales manager Mr. George on [protected], He did assure me if i call him tommorow around 11 and give my user id he will get this sorted out. I am thankful to him. But my desparation and point is that ofcourse not everybody will have the area sales manager's number. What happens in those situation.
Due to inability of the Tata in providing the service i have lost heavily on these four days, as the internet is my part of work and it helps me earn parttime income. I have failed in submitting more than 4 projects costing at around 1000 in these four days. On top of this, i am also wasting my money as the connection requires 1000 rupees per month.
I asked Mr. George, as how to complain about all the CSR 's who spoke with me and didn't do anything to get my issue sorted out. He was speechless and told me its fine for me to go ahead and lodge a complaint.
So, Today i am also writing a mail to [protected]@tatacommunication.com and the nodalofficer.[protected]@tatacommunication, in desparation so that this issue can be resolved asap and they provide me enough compensation for the loss i have suffered and the pain of spending time to get this sorted out.

Tata Indicombroadband — not able to access the internet
hi,Since 16-05-09, I was not able to browse the internet.Daily morningand evening tata indicom(WORST indicom)were contacted.But in vain, Still the problem is not resolved.Hope GOD will save the TaTa Indicom.
