Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is being raised as i wasn't given complete access to consume the free units according to tarrif plan HNI HSIA USB 950/- (10 GB Night & 2 GB Day) even though interim payment was made & my lines were barred almost 12 days for crossing credit limit which i never asked for & most of the information provided by customer care weren't transparent & not so convincing nor did really be o[censored]se in clarifying my doubts & there on started revealing hidden information only then, when i was running out of time & billing date neared.
Even some of mails written to customer care remained unanswered to date. Every body seems to be playing their own game here, even the supervisors had given wrong information & most of them turned to be dumbs.
There are many other drawbacks with their services too that needs to be brought to light for customer awareness else many more would suffer the same consequence i undergone.
I look for a compensation for the loss & seek your advise for further proceedings.
