[Resolved]  Tata Indigo CS — been provided with the wrong cars tyre

hello,
am a dentist working in the holy family hospital , thodupuzha. I happened to buy an Tata Indigo CS LS from the RF motors,THODUPUZHA show room on march of 2008 and have took the three years extended warranty. my car registration number is KL17 F 77.i have run almost 24500 kilometres and have done all my upto date services from the RF motors thodupuzha service centre. as my tyre had worn out completely i had decided to buy a new tyre and replace both my front two tyres with the new one and the spare tyre the company had provided as steppiny as i had not used it at all .
On checking the spare tyre and disc was found to be of 13 inch which is the required dimension of the Indica tyre. and the rest of all 4 tyres and disc were found to be of 14 inch which is the right dimension.I did report this to the service center and on further checking it was found that the tyre and battery specifications number was not entered in the users manual as it should have been done.It was also found that the service people had not done the tyre rotation during any of the services.They said that though all these are mistakes from there part.they cannot replace the tyre and the disc as its been almost 18 months now. i did bring ti to there notice that both tyre and the disc are brand new.this is not the first time that the tata service and product have found to be lacking so much in quality and service. i had a floor mat missing after my previous service for which they told me that they would contact me as soon as they found it but it was never to happen.I found some ones else car key on the top of my car dash after my last service and had to go all the way back to return it .Because i did not want another customer to go through the mental agony that i did.i was never given the detailed bill for an maintenace work of almost 23000 rupees that i did almost 4 months back. the service incharge one Mr.Rajesh keeps putting it off every time saying he is busy and that he was just about to send it to me. i have not recieved the bill to date
i was lucky enough that i never had a flat tyre all this while think of the risk and danger that i could have faced if i had a flat tyre and used the wrong tyre rode the vehicle. i am so much dissapointed with these issues that i am planning to send a copy of this mail to all the leading newspapers and automobile magazines so that people will think twice before buying a TATA VEHICLE
