parts not available at tata service centre

Dear Sir,
Simply my complaint to tata motor why any customer purchase tats indigo ecs vx model car if after 25 days steal stay in service centre due to parts not available in company/service center at hajipur, bihar and also he is big town only distance of patna 20 km, I am very upset for this type of problem. I am trust on Tata brand. But now?

Low Mileage and worst service

I have purchased a TATA indigo CS in Feb 2008 from initial days itself I am facing several problems of performance as give below.
1. Vehicle is not giving proper mileage - Only 10-11 KMPL (claimed is above 18 at the time of sales)
2. After sales service is very poor - After several complaints and followups I am not getting satisfactory performance while at every service they are claiming now problem is resolved but there is no improvement in mileage.
3. Within 55000 Kms of running 10's of parts from Engine have been replaced and at every service they are coming up with new list of replacements.
4. Within 15b days the TATA people have attended car three times, they towed the vehicle to Workshop twice and still the Vehicle is not service d to satisfaction.
5. It seems for TATA cars Life is[protected] KM only after that they will replace all the parts one by one to get the vehicle going.
6. Even 24 hrs after registering complaint ( 1-[protected]) there is no update from TATA and on followup call the customer care executive says there is no complaint with respect to your vehicle after much arguments and supervisor intervention they accept the complaint is registered and we will get back to you in 48 hrs, till then car will be there in Service centre, and i have to move around in bus.
I feel by purchasing a TATA car I have purchased a headache for me, I will not suggest for TATA to anyone.

The car we purchased is totally fake.we have been cheated by the tata motors.
They have given us the color black which is not available for that model.Morover the average that was claimed by the company as 23 kmpl is also not true.We in this era of customisation are not even served properly by the company.The car is full of faults and fake parts.It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and punish the company/people...
