[Resolved]  TATA MANZA AURA ABS — DEFECTIVE SUSPENSION

Since the purchase of the indigo manza aura ABS in Jan 2011 UK04K0578 i have been having a problem with the suspension of the car which started at 872 kms at the back left side. during the first service i was told that some nut was loose and had to tightened .this was done but by the time ireached home approx. 60kms away ...driving on good road conditions the noise had started .as a loud banging sound whenever the left back tyre hit a pot hole and this too at low speeds.by the time of the second service the same problem had moved onto the front left as well as the back left tyre. During this service the dealer said that they have managed to resolve this problem by putting a double bolt in place so that the first would not loosen. I’m sorry to say this was even less successful than the first attempt. And by the time of the 3rd service at 10500kms there was a lot of vibration coming into the cabin with the loud banging sound coming from 3 sides ...the entire left side and the driver side. I have previously owned an indica ...upgraded to indigo marina UA04C2027 and then have bought this car for my dad. It is really pretty bad the way the dealers are doing "jugadh" in this car instead of resolving the issue. It’s really disappointing that such old dedicated Tata customers have to face this non sense. after complaining about this problem on each service ....not only is this problem not looked into but it seems to be getting worse all the dealer has to say is that this is a problem common in manza complaint no.1-[protected]
