Tata Manza — yet to deliver | |
hi,plz note my compliant against tata motor dealer of surat[auto point].actuallu i booked a tata manza petrol aqua -grey noir color car on 4 nov 2009 and i paid 1 lakh rs/- as a advance money.they told me to deliver my car latest by 20 nov2009 ; and if possible may be on 14 nov for my son very first birthday. since then everyday i am calling them for delivering my car and each day they are assuring me one week delivery time or i should buy a higher model or different model or other color for ready delivery. when i talked to some top management person like mr satish and mr sandeep ,they had given me assurence within week i will get the car and now if i call them they try to ignore my phone. now its almost 2 months past and they are shamelessly telling me the same story. kindly help me to get out of this mess and suggesst me my course of action and teach them proper lesson of corporate commitment. thank u sanjeev[[protected]] Was this information helpful? | |

...Same story with me ...booked a manza on 14/01/10 from Technoauto, dwarka, delhi. i was promised a delivery within 20 days max.
two months have passed,
had a word with G.M./and tata motors 's territory manager, , leave aside delivery, , no commitement date, from the dealer and from Tata motors ..
Really a delivery problem ???or dealer is selling car with premium??

I am facing a similar issue with delivery of i-20 at Delhi. Dealer has been keeping me waiting for 3 months now, but I have not been able to get the car.The problem is that there is a heavy demand for good cars such as i-20 and Manza. I am atleast happy i am buying a good car, that others are also fighting to buy. i will wait for some more time.
