[Resolved]  Tata Manza — off road the 4th day of purchase

bought a Tata manza on the 4th jan 2009, from Techno automobiles- Delhi, it broke down on 70 kms run..on the 8th jan 2009..contacted the dealer, he send his helpline and said a loose connection might have created a problem.on the 9th jan 2009.again the car broke down and was sent to the workshop at techno automobile, the car had just done 90kms by then, it was kept in the workshop for a week and a week later deliverd to me say they have solved the problem again a loose connection,i again kept the car going at 230 kms the car broke down again, now i contacted the tata helpline they send me a helpline from Rawat motors, the car is still lying with them since the past 6 days, now they also claim it to be some loose connection, now i have send them a legal notice but it seems there is no one bothered at tata motors..
