[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Extended warranty

I have purchased TATA Manza in May'10. At time of purchase I was told that company recommend Castrol synthetic oil for this vehicle and the drain out interval is 20,000kms Same has beenmentioned in the booklet issued to me and confirmed by the TATA serivce engineers. I got my car oil change at 20,000 kms of running and my next due should be 40,000 kms. However when I visited the workshop due to some other work, I came to know the drain out interval has been reduced to 10,000kms. Its sounds very weird because no intimation given to the customer for this and stating that if this is not done, your extended warranty will get void. Also I want to know what is the reason for this sudden change, is the quality of oil has degraded or the engine is not performing upto the mark?. I have rasied the issue to the service center and their help line no. Apart from an answer of contact service centre by helpline and vice versa, I was told your complaint will be resolved in next 48 hours. Unfortunetly I never received a call and when I followed up again I was told that the we are sending you a letter stating that the change is done to provide better service.
No specific reply of this change?

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a TATA Indigo Manza Vehicle from Ashok Motors, Guwahati in year 2011 and sent to Arrah, Bihar at my permanent residence. I used to do servicing at Guinea Motor, Ara Garden, Bailey Road, Patna. I have sent my vehicle to service centre like 10, 000; 20, 000; 28, 000, 32, 000; 37, 000 but never satisfied from their servicing at Guinea Motor Patna.
When, I had went for servicing on 37, 000 in the month of March, 2014 and requested them that I am facing pick up problem and some other issue problem in my vehicle like hard clutch, Mileage problem, Gear problem etc. After whole servicing they told me every thing is now fine and your vehicle is in good condition except they were not having gear cable and they will advice me. But, after test drive of my vehicle i was not satisfied and insisted them there is still pick problem. But, they denied and ride with me for test drive in rush area and told me pick up is good.

On 7th of March, I could not able to start my vehicle and reached to service centre, Guinea Motors with the help of some other vehicle. They have checked my vehicle on 9th of March and told that TURBO of vehicle need to be changed which will cost around Rs, 50, 000.00. My vehicle is in the extended warranty but they have rejected my claim citing that servicing of vehicle was not done on time. I have lodge three complaint to TATA Motors vide copain No. 1-[protected],
1-[protected], 1-[protected] but till now did not received any call or resolution .
I am just suffering this situation only because of bad servicing of my vehicle. As on today, they again telling that there are some other other problem in the vehicle like some short block, etc and it will cost around Rs.80, 000 that means total cost of repairing will be Rs.1, 30, 000.
I am not satisfied the reason mentioned in the rejection letter as the servicing of my vehicle was always done on Authorised service centre (Guinea Motors, Patna)and on regular basis like 20000Km, 28000Km, 32000Km, 37000KM. The authorized service centre of TATA Motors has its duty to inform the fault in the vehicle after properly checking, Test drive of the vehicle. But earlier, it was not advise me from thier end that what was lacking in my vehicle.This situation arises because of bad servicing and ignorance of service centre and myself is going to suffer monetary loss. So, I request to look into this matter and want my claim under extended warranty for cost of parts & servicing.
Kindly, look into this matter as soon as possible and resolve this issue

I HAVE TATA INDIGO MANZA QJ AURA ABS, PURCHASED FROM RAJKOT SPEEDWELL MOTORS ON 10.12.2014 WITH PURCHASE OF EXTENDED WARRNTY. NOW BEFORE 4 MONTHS SPEEDWELL AND ANOTHER DEALER JAI GANESH WAS NOT MORE WITH TATA. BOTH DEALER'S ARE SUSPENDED FROM TATA. MEANWHILE IN BETWEEN OF 3.5 MONTHS NO ANY DEALERSHIP IN RAJKOT, GUJARAT OF TATA PASSANGER CAR. MEANWHILE I HAVE PROBLEM WITH OIL LEACKAGE FROM OIL CHAMBER. DUE TO NO ANY DEALERSHIP IN RAJKOT I HAVE TO GO WITH LOCAL GARAGE. RAJKOT HAVING FAMOUS AUTO GARAGE. "ROGER MOTORS" I COMPLETED MY CAR'S WORK AT THAT GARAGE WITH OIL CHAMER REPACKED, OIL CHANGE, OIL FILTER, FUEL FILTER CHANGE. NOW AFTER ONE MONTH ONCE AGAIN OIL LEACKAGE FROM TIMING CHAIN COVER.
NOW THIS TIME ON 26.12.2014 I GO WITH ELITE MOTORS NEW DEALER OF TATA PASSANGER CAR IN RAJKOT.
ON 29TH I PUT MY CAR AT ELITE FOR WARRANTY CLAIM WORK. SINCE LAST ONE WEEK MY CAR IS AT ELITE AND NO ANY REPLY COMES FORM TATA THAT WHEN IT WILL DONE.
EXTENDED WARRANTY IS FROM GLOBAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, GURGAON.
