Sir,

Kindly refer to above I have to state that I have purchase a nano car model
CX-BS-IV M/s Parshav Automobile India, bye pass raod, Meerut through Shiv Automart (p) LTD. Gajrola on dated 31/10/2011 on cash payment including on registration tax and other exp.

That in spite of many telephonic reminders and personal visits temporary and as well as permanent registration certificate of the car could not be received till the date. Two time police warn to me and I can not run the car on road. I first time purchase tata product and I was think that tata services is good but I fell i am wrong .

That general manager and customer care officer of the showroom are not given any satisfactory answer to me and even not ready to talk regarding the matter. And behavior is not good. I fell I am purchased a tension . I have register complaint customer care Vide reference no is 1-[protected] but no result.
