I purchased a Tata Safari vehicle from Guinea Motors at Patna and have constantly faced service related problems at Guinea Motors. Tata Service support is bad consistently.
Recently my clutch has become very hard and the dealer/Service Station is unable to solve my problem since they say that they do not have sufficient tools.
I request the Tata Management to do something about this. My vehicle number is BR01PA3967 and is purchased in June 2009 and is still under warranty.
