[Resolved] Tata Motors — inferior parts and bad service | |||
I Ritesh chaudhary purchased a tata manza car with registration number JH 10Z 3424 from B.D. Motors from Asansol (West Bengal) in march 2011.I went with my family to gorakhpur (U.P) to celebrate new year where a sudden breakdown happened. we called on on 24*7 assistance cell via complaint no 1- [protected] DT 20/12/2011 IN MORNING 7.00 am but to our wait no one came till 5.00 p.m after several phones.then one who came told there were no staff and we have to manage it ourselves.we hired a car and tortuned the car to the nearest tata showroom HANSRAJ MOTORS. We handed the car to the showroom and we were told there was problem with injectors and wiring and the car will be done in seven to eight days within company gurantee. We returned back by hiring a cab and we were given two contacts number to bein touch with one was off manager Mr. Jha (mobile no.[protected]) and one director of the showroom Mr Turi (mob no.[protected]).I had a talk with Mr Jha on two to three ocassion every time he said the parts have been ordered and booked in transport and car will be handed very soon.it is a month now and no response till date.Ihave sent my driver Anil from west bengal two times and they sent him back with the same execuse that parts are in transport.after my driver second visit i am surprised that Mr jha mobile is switched off and no reply on turi mobile other number mentioned in manual book are all out of service or no reply.now i am in delemma what do to should i sent my driver or how can i get in touch with them.every time i sent my driver i have to bear an amount of Rs.5000.00.now i want to know what is the status of my car and when will it be done. i lodged a comlaint against Hansraj Motors via complaint no 1-[protected] dt 18/01/2012.i recieved a sms to contact cro at 2580371 but to my surprise no one is answering the call . i am surprised a company like tata motors who ensures servis at every steps while purchasing the car is doing nothing but fools customer. due to neglegency on the part of tata motors i have been hiring a cab for my business purpose with averege travel of 150 km per day and i have incurred a loss of more than 1.5 lakhs due to tata motors. i sent the mail to customer care and recieved a mail from tata motors AS below: Thank you for writing to us. We have noted the contents of your email dated 20.01.12. At the outset, we regret the inconvenience caused to you With a copy of this email, we are intimating our Regional office, Lucknow / Dealership to look into the matter on priority and revert to you at the earliest. In case of any further assistance and action plan regarding your grievances, please feel free to contact Mr. Sanjay Dubey, General Manager - M/s. Hansraj Motors on [protected]. Assuring you of our best services Thanking you For Tata Motors Customer Care Team Mumbai this letter was sent to me by tata motors but to my surprise Mr sanjay mobile number doesnot exist all are cheaters and i feel that without your help and without media i cant get justice. please look into the matter and get mt car done with extended warranty without my payment because i dont trust tata motors anymore ritesh chaudhary adress: near sitala mandir post Barakar district: burdwan. west bengal My contact nos are [protected]/[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
