[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Over Heating of Engine - TATA Indica VISTA

I have purchased a new TATA Indica Vista on 24.01.2011 from Lexus Motors - Kolkata Bearing Regn No. WB 20TH 1390. After first service the car is suffering from overheating problem in the engine and was put to the workshop of Lexus Motors - Rampur, but the car is lying there unattended for the last three weeks. The Works Manager Mr. Debasis Pandey made a verbal promise that the engine will be replaced with a new one, but nothing has happened till date. Complaint has been logged to Tata Motors Customer Relation and the complaint Regn No. is 1-[protected] dtd 04.03.2011. As because of this we are undergoing heavy monetary loss.
