I had booked an Tata Vista Aura ABS on 23/07/2011 with Rs. 25000.00 and was assured delivery on 09/08/2011 as such delivered my old Indica for Rs. 127000.00 to M/s. TC Motors with understanding that the value shall be adjusted in my new car invoice.
The delivery schedule was confirmed twice by TC motors but was not met, Neither their GM or the management was able to keep their words as such I wrote them for cancellation of my booking on 27/08/2011 and asked for refund of Rs. 152000.00 for which no response has been received till date.
Subsequently the matter was also brought to the notice of Tata Motors vide 2 hand delivered letters to their Kolkata office, but have failed to evoke any response.
I understand that I, who has been loyal customer of Tata Indica twice before has been harnessed deliberately due to poor marketing ploy of the company to compete with Swift's order book.
I hereby solicit advise from this forum for ways to get my refund. Was this information helpful? |
