It is gievn offer thta we have to pay an amount of Rs 1299/- for redemption cell to get the Tata Photon + (2GB) wireless usb modem and broadband service free.. -What is service that tata internet will provide?? -Must we pay any extra charges to get the internet service?? -Is the service avialable in Bhimavaram(Andhra Pradesh-india) Plz give me the anwers regarding this....!!! My name B.gyan murty reddy I am customer of tata photon data card no -[protected].
And PESN no is :80cc6e36 after recharging of rupees 849/-(one month validity) on 23/9/09
Afternoon my data card is not working and it is showing message ERROR678: THE REMOTE COMPUTER DID NOT RESPOND.
And I called customer care they were telling very casually for rectification of this problem it will take 2 days time I wish to Inform you that if my net is working 2 days I have face economical and credibility lose which you people are not going to fulfill at all .
So my humble request to you people please look in to the problem seriously solve the problem imediatly as worth of my money in vested in Tata indicom data card.
