[Resolved] Tata Photon+ — Irrational behaviour and in-correct billing of tata photon | |||
To whomsoever it concerns, I am one among the millions of people, who trust the brand name of TATA., and thereby have purchased TATA PHOTON Data card. The Data card No. is [protected] and my account No. is[protected]. With blind faith on your system, I have paid all my previous bills, and the current bill, corresponding to the period 30/08/10 to 28/09/2010 was very high, and we asked for an itemized billing. We were shocked to notice several irregularities in the billing, and lodged a complaint with your customer cell, and spoke to one Mr Udayakumar and Ms.Saranya. They were irresponsible, and were insisting us to pay and accept the bill without any complaints, and spoke to us in a reckless fashion asking us to disconnect if we don’t want, or if we are unable to pay. The way and manner in which your people answer has totally shattered our trust on TATAs. We request you to kindly review the bills immediately and send us the correct bill and apply due credits to the excess payment and intimate us. We have asked for itemized bills for the previous bills to check, but, your customer care (less) people are answering in the affirmative. Review all our previous bills, and give credit for the excess billing ( if any) and send us a revised bill immediately. If we are not getting an appropriate reply from your end, we may be compelled to seek redressal at an appropriate forum.
