Tata Photon + — Money Eater - against unused service

My name is Vaibhav. I have corporate connection of Tata Photon, [protected].

I purchased this photon in Delhi, for my home usage, in Haryana. But after purchasing, I came to know that photon services were not launched in Haryana, and average downloading speed was 12 KBps (96 kbps). This really didn't solved my purpose of taking photon, but still, I was using it.

In August billing cycle, I was charged for excess usage. When I checked my account, 3 days usage was found in excess, making overall limit to reach 5819 MB. Those 3 days usage was - 1763, 1473 and 1330 MB.

I have not downloaded this amount of data. I have used it approx 8 hours per day, for those 3 days. If I go with the statistics, then there is no way I can reach the limit, as stated in their records.
Even downloading at 15KBps (say, this is the maximum speed) for 24 hours will reach to maximum of 1265 MB...
But I have used it for 8 hours, means 421 MB usage and this usage is nowhere closer to 1763, 1473 and 1330 MB

I logged many complaints regarding the same. But customer care department was unable to do anything (and took 10 days) and delhi nodal team and billing department team did not helped me properly and took 20 days to resolve the issue. They told that usage was correct and gave me 600 Rs off as a goodwill waiver.
During that time, they disconnected my net and my work suffered a lot and no one is going to pay for the loss I faced. I requested them several times to activate my net, untill this billing issue was resolved, but they asked me to pay the bill.

I paid the bill as I was in urgent need of net. But my issue was still unresolved.

There are many things that are not cleared to me -

1) How my bill reached 2063 Rs. if my credit limit is 800 Rs?
My plan is 550 - 3 GB. Net should have got disconnected as soon as I have reached the limit of 800 Rs.

2) My 25 days usage was 1250 MB and next 3 days usage was 4550 MB. How this happened ?
I am not a fool to use internet to this limit and pay more than thrice the amount of normal bill.

3) How can you use 4550 MB with 12 KBps speed in just 3 days (internet running at max. 10 hours per day) ?
Practically, this is impossible. (Make it possible and I will pay ten times the billing amount)

4) "This usage was shown in system and system is always correct" (all the staff members - customer care, nodal team and billing department, kept on saying this). Being a technical person, I can clearly state that this is a system error. Who will correct this, as their staff is ignorant towards this ? What if this issue re-occurs ?

I escalated this issue on their website, to Mr. Jogesh Nayar, National Service Head. But again, someone from his desk sent my complaint to customer care, and hence, ignored (because customer care is unable to do anything). I mailed him again, thrice, but got no reply. There is no one to resolve my issue in that esteemed organisation. There are big words said by them but no support or service is provided. Check the link of their website.
