Tata Photon+ — device delivered is faulty | |||
Hello Sir, I had taken new tata photon+ number [protected] for the internet the connection is only one month older and from the day first I am continiously calling the customer care executive and they redirt me to the tata indicom outlet for the replacement of the device as the device is faulty and error promt me unable to connect the host computer,but after the continious approach to the tata outlet of sahara mall gurgaon and sec 18 noida, they told me the customer care executive do not know any thing and the device is not faulty.So not able to replace the device however I am facing problem from day first.I am continiouly getting the call from the excuti577ve to visit to my home but one month past no one here to give me the resolution.so I am left with the last option of CONSUMER COURT which I am doing right now.Today the executive come to my house and told me we are not able to replace the device. Hope you will take some action asgainst Tata Indicom photon Plus I had also attache the file for the number of complain against the device but always the service ticket is closed without any reason.
