[Resolved]  Tata Photon+ Internet — Wrongly Charged and Wrong Tariff Plan

Hi All,

I bought a new Tata Photon+ connection (Acc No:[protected] last month(september 2010) under 950 unlimited plan (activated on 15/09/2010) with a discount of Rs. 200/- per month for the next 12 months from Vriti Infocom, B-75, sector - 63, Noida but as per the bill sent to me today it shows 950 Night Minute Plan (I selected and wrote myself on the enrollment form for 950 unlimited plan), with a billing amount of Rs. 5,551/-. Its a mistake by the billing department. As discussed with customer service representative Shashikant Dalavi few minutes back he told me send an email on these addresses.

Please correct the plan and the billing amount which should be as per my plan tariff 950 - 200 = 750/-
