[Resolved] Tata Photon+ — DEAD Modem | |||
"It truly is the fastest in its kind".... this is what they advertise but i agree with them as it did not even take a full hour before the modem was declared "DEAD".... I received the post paid modem on 27.6.10 and immediately after getting to know how to use it by the service guy who had come for the installation.... the Modem started heating up, the next i knew was low speed and the device getting diconnected.. These are the number of times i have complained. 1)Gave my first complain on 29/6/10 vide complain no.[protected] received a call from the Tata Photon+ people directly on 2/7/10... was been told to submit the device in their workshop(Sai Telecom)at Nerul wherein i will get a new device in the next three working days 2)Gave a second complain on 7/7/10 vide complain no.[protected] regarding the new modem which i was suppose to receive in the next three working days. 3)Gave a third complain on 21/7/10 vide complain no.[protected] .... still did not receive the Modem ... Now the real fun starts ... i receive call practically every 2 days regarding PAYMENT,which i fail to understand as on what basis should i pay "For not using your service" ..... 4) Gave a fourth complain ..... but this time the TATA Photon+ guy listens to the whole conversation and disconnects the call when i asked for the complain no. This shows how courteous they are towards the client ,i request you to disconnect my modem and stop giving me calls else i will take up this matter to the Consumer Forum Was this information helpful? | |||
