[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — Unable to connect to internet

Dear Sir / Madam,

Good Morning !

I am facing problem to connect internet service by TATA PHOTON PLUS, this is happening from a month, we did complaint on phone, one person came last week,
He checked speed, He said we will try to solve this problem ASAP,

I have to wait for 60 minutes for send a mail every day, Our salary will be go on hold due to bad service provider,
Is this our mistake that we choose TATA PHOTON PLUS?
I received mail from TATA INDICOM
