Tata Photon Plus — Service not activated | |||
This is pertaining TATA PHOTON PLUS connection that I bought on Dec 4th 2010. Whenever i connect the Modem (USB Stick) to my PC and after all the require installation it prompts an error stating "CONNECTION TERMINATED". Also logging complaint with Customer care doesn't seems to be working for me as there isn't any response from TATA side. Call center promised to send a Technician at 8.30 on Friday 9th Dec but no one turned. I again called on Dec13th early morning and was promised a technician would visit today itself. But alas no one turned up. Whenever I call the customer care the incumbent every time conveys that this has been taken care and engineer will surely visit for resolving the same. The first time the agent hung up the phone. I had to call 3 times to manage to get to the supervisor who promised to escalate and waiting yet. The call center also told me that irrespective of when I the internet service is actually activated by Tata, the 30 day validity will start from Dec 4th. What a rip off! Is this the famed TATA brand name & service? Either Tata Photon shud start my service immediately & start the validity date from the day service is activate or they should refund my money and take back the USB stick!
