[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — his employees are illiterate (used abusing words)

I have puchased my tata photon today from connaught place delhi and the tata guys were not able to install it in my laptop then finally they have said that the laptop hadware (dell latitude e5500) is not compaitible with your laptop. you required to replace this. When i have complain this in zonal office of tat photon this guys said windows is installed i donn't how to connect on it. I know how to connect only in windows xp. when i have complain for the same this guy name was pankaj (not confirm) he has started abusing to me and tried to hit me then his colleague has put him in pantry room and close the door. And said to me that this guy is mad and apologize for the same so in the i have gone to purchase tata photon not to meet with a mad guy so what he is doing in the office in tata photon.
