[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus, Data Card, Internet — About not connecting data card tata photon plus

I have purchase a data card of Tata Photan plus on 28 th mar. 2011 from sai ram communication Potheri Chennai . its no. is [protected]. it was working properly till 9th apr. 2011, from evening 9th Apr. 2011 i am facing very much problem to connecting it, so i have visited shopkeeper, she could not done anything and told me to contact service centre Tambaram , then i had visited there, they had checked the data card and after some time said to me madam this is ok now , you will not face trouble in future.
i return my college and connect my laptop through tata photan ,i was success to connect but after sometime again it was disconnect, after that time i cann't success to connect it.so i want that they replace my data card as soon as possible in my giving following address : Room no. 418 , Kurunji girls hostel , S R M university SRM Nagar Kattankulathur Chennai 603203.
