Tata Photon Plus — very poor / pathetic customer service | |||
I got the tata photon plus activated on 5th of Oct. Since then i have been facing issues with the speed. I purchased this connection as i have to work on VPN and need to connect to databases remotely when working from home. With the kind of speed that i am getting , i am not able to perform anything. I need atleast 1 mbps speed for this connection to be workable. I bought photon plus as they promised a speed o[censored]pto 3.1 mbps. But i am getting only 300kbps. which is not worth what they are charging for. I have raised 2 tickets with their customer support and two with their nodal officers. But there is no solution to it. The worst part is all these ticket are closed without even notifying me and without giving a proper resolution to me, this is against Even the Nodal officers do not give a satisfactory response.All they do is to create a new ticket and that is it. Tata Photon Plus — Very Poor Service
The Service to Tata Futon Plus is very Poor, the charge is Rs. 1 per minute ( Rs. 60/-per hour ) after the package period. I suggest we should avoide the service of Tata Indicome.
