Tata Photon Plus — faulty billing and cheating | |||
Hi, My name is Vikas and i have been using the tata photon plus post paid service ([protected]) for a year now. I had a billing problem and had opted for a safe custody of months. i was assured that this would not be billed during the tenure. Inspite of this i was billed rs 75 per month.And now when i enquired they are letting me know that my account is closed and i woud need to pay these charges this could be released. These information was not conveyed during the safe custody request. All this happened when i put in a request for cancellation and the agent came to meet me saying i could put it in safe custody and there would not be any charge. And now when i ask for cancellation , I am being shuttled between the customer care center and the outlet. If this is a way of robbing people of their money who took the connection trusting the Brand name of TATA, it is unacceptable and horrific. I would need a detailed explanation for this and the waiver of so called bill. I would be forced to take legal advice if this does not happen Was this information helpful? | |||

photon plus — billing chitting
your billing proccess is very bad and customer care is horryble pls dont chit your customer and i am using your service last 3 years last month(apr 2011) i have changed my plan you have send the may month bill addad two month.pls do the needful or else i have to discontinue the service. bad experience
