[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — RAISING BILLS ON CLOSED DEACTIVATED CONNECTION | |||
DO NOT GO FOR TATA TELECOM PRODUCTS. My experience is :No.[protected]. I requested Tata Tele Services to close and disconnect my TATA Photon plus connection because I was not happy with their service. On 1.6.2011, they sent me an email to pay Rs.824/- to close the connection. I remitted on 02.06.2011 and confirmed to them through email. They did not respond. Now they raised one more bill and asking me to pay again. The customer service is very bad. They are harping on bill payment of the closed disconnected TATA Photon plus connection. Nowhere I found such begging over the closed account. Ther service is also very bad. I lodged my complaints through their website but of no use. Kindly advise them to close the unnecessary correspondence and unsolicited emails about the closed connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
