I had a Post-paid Tata Photon Plus Broadband connection. The usage details for the month of May-June were more than what I have used. As a result the billing was also excess. When I informed the Company about this, they send me a usage details for that month and asked me to compare it with my usage details and told me to inform them about any discrepancy. I did that and send them the errors. But after that they haven't contacted me back and closed my complain. I have send many mails to them but they haven't responded. On the contrary they sent me a bill for the next month which included the previous months disputed bill and the fine for not paying that bill in time. When i contacted them about this, they haven't responded me. Instead they have disconnected my connection without any information. Was this information helpful? |
