Hi All,
I bought TATA PHOTON PLUS device on Jan 2011 as Prepaid Service (Tata no: [protected]), i used the same prepaid service until July 24th 2011. I never faced any single problem at the time of JAN 2011 to JULY 15, 2011.
Then i wanted to convert as post-paid(corporate plan), so i went to Tata Indicom Outlet which is near to Richmond Circle. There i have been told as, "if you want afford corporate plan, you have to de-activate your current number and submit your documents.Then you will get new number and you can use Post Paid Service(Corporate Plan). I did everything, what they told.
Then i got new number Tata no: [protected]). When i started using yesterday ( July 30th 2011), its showing TATA PHOTON WHIZ tower in left side of Dial up connection window instead Tata Photon plus.
Then i called Customer Care for nearly 10 to 12 times, every-time they told me that with 4 or 5 hours you will getting cal from our side. Then i waited for whole day, i didn't get any single call.Even for connecting into TATA PHOTON WHIZ mode, am doing nearly 5 to 7 attempts. Just for opening Google home page its taking minimum of 1 minute.Service and Fast of Tata is really Pathetic and horrible.
when i called for new connection first time, they called me back for ten times and also Tata Executive came to my home with in one hour of time. But yesterday when i called for Service nearly ten times no one responded properly. They are just saying " you request has been taken as most important " and we will get back you soon.
Also am located in same area from past one year (CMH Road, LAXMIPURAM, Halasuru, 560008)
