I had a Tata Photon Plus internet connection. It was stolen and I called the helpline, asking them to close the account. IT was not closed and I called again, a nd the person confirmed that the account was closed and nothing further had to be done. After that, I stopped receiving bills from them.
After a while, I received a bill, and now I have got a legal notice asking me to appear in a place to settle things out of court.
Please help against this mental harassment. The notice asks me to come to Chennai. I don't live in Chennai and cannot do anything there. Was this information helpful? |
