Tata Photon Plus — Low speed and signal strength | |||
My siginal strength always remains below 75% and im getting a slow speed of around 1.5 mbps im not getting a speed of 3.1mbps. My tata photon number is[protected] please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

TATA PHOTON PLUS — LOW SPEED
Hi,I have a tata photon+ device([protected]), , I purchased this device around 3 months back at the time of purchasing the executive told me that this plan is unlimited plan, I will get speed upto 3.1 MBPS till usage (1GB)after that speed will be..decreas to 128 kbps....but it not gives such of speed...now it gives only 10 to 15 kbps....in this way TATA company cheat us..........
