Tata Photon Plus — Stick is not Working

Dear Sir,
We buy the 2 Tata photon stick for our office use we found the stick is not working insted of paying the bill we try to communicate with local supplier as well as the service provider but unfortunatly we couldn't get the fare and decent reply from them and our services still don't working.
so, please do needfull on this matter as soon as possible.
