I had taken phton plus postpaid connection 5 months back. Since my laptop got crashed i had to close my connection on 15th Jan 2011. Before closing account i have contacted customer care offfice and they intimated i can take connection in future since the Photon Plus device is not not refundable. And now when i am trying reactivate my account, neither they are giving me service nor returning my device. None of the customer care giving the exact solution. They are harassing by giving multiple tata tele service outlet address but none of the outlet giving the right solution. regarding this i have lost my whole day and not finding an issue till now. I dont have more idea about Pune city and they are forcing me travel to one location to another. Please halp me...i am really fed up with their service.
