I did the online data recharge for Photon Plus on 11th March. The money got deducted from bank account but it did not get recharged at all. After 2/3 days I called customer care[protected] again they gave me the max resolution date as 21st March (before 21st they will recharge), but nothing happened till 22nd. I finally called helpdesk again which gave me some other number to call. I called the other number [protected] and got the msg "your resuest could no be completed" : such a great service!!!!

Do try to call their toll free helpline number[protected] which is such a joke right now. Try to navigate through their IVR options and for first 5 minutes you'll laugh and then slowly you start getting angry as none of their options take you anywhere. Call from any number and without even asking any of your details they will say that your outstanding is Rs 52 :)
Anyways, lets see how much time do they take to revert my money or activate my connection.
