[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Excess Billing | |||
I am using Tata photon plus post paid connection from October 2010, for the last two months they are sending me excess bill. Post paid users can check their usage details from TATA's own website "www.tataindicom.com" under "My Account" and I also access the same regularly to stay updated about my usage. For the First 3 months I maintained a log book personally and I noticed that "My Account" revealed the same usage as per my own log book. For the month of January my original usage was 1813 minutes (i.e. Rs.455), but they send me a bill for 1936 minutes (i.e. Rs. 586). I call customer care office they told me to send a soft copy of my account. I send the same, but now they are saying that what shown in my account is a indicative one and not use for billing. I further write to them but they did not reply any more. Was this information helpful? | |||
