Dear Sir, Request you to go through the below mail as your customer service department is saying that the internet connectivity issue will be improved by 28-Deb-2011, also they can't refund me the money back. I am sorry to say but I will have to contact the Consumer Forum in case the below issue is not resloved at the earliest. Also I received a message today that "The SR 198 - type trouble ticket has been raised on [protected]. Your reference No. is[protected] will resolved your request by 22nd March 2011" Previously I received a message that your complain #[protected], will be resolved by 08th Jan 2011. It is requested that either the connectivity of my photon plus may be provided or the equipment may be taken back and necessary refund be made at the earliest.
