Tata Photon Plus — wrong bill without consent | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have been using the tata photon plus connection for almost a year now.4000 rs advance rental plan was activated on my number in july 2012 till january 2013.on 6th january when i called on helpline number i was continously told that the server is down and call later.then next day when i called i was told that on my number a plan of 950 is activated as per the rule.i wanted a 1200 rs rental plan for which i was told that it is not possible as the plan of 950 is activated on this number.on the bill generation day i was shocked to see a bill of whopping Rs.4000 which was charged to me without my consent.When i called the customer care this time, i was told that now it has been activated and 2 emails were send to me (which i did not receive) for consent.I request you to activate the 1200(11 gb plan) or 950(5 gb as per the rule plan) as i do not want to use the 5gb unlimited plan.also i would like to bring to your notice that when i requested to speak to a senior person i was told that they are busy.i was put on hold for 10 minutes 3 times but still i was not able to get through with senior.request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.
