Tata Photon+ — Laptop bag not delivered | |||
Hi All, We purchased TATA Photon+ online through Vriti-Interactive. After paying the amount the data card was delivered without the receipt and the laptop bag (free) as per the scheme. After several followups with TATA customer care and Vriti-Interactive (Sandeep) nothing has been done as promised. Also he is not responding to the mails. Suggest you to buy from authorised centres only. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

tataphoton+ — NOT PROVIDING LAPTOP BAG
I have purchased a TATAPHOTON+ device on 31.12.2010 from Virti Interactive Noida Branchby making a online request. Mr Prabhat Mishra, Sr Sales Executive committed that a Laptop bag will be provided on the purchase of above device within 10 days. But no Laptop bag has been given to me till date. I have made many complaints to the above dealer as well as Tataindicom. But nothing has been done. They are cheating the public. So don't buy this device.RK Sehgal
