[Resolved] Tata Photon+ — Speed and account maintenance | |||
TATA Photon+ number [protected] Sir, I'm a customer of TATA Photon+ since the last about two years and am using the 5Gb unlimited plan. Since the last three months I'm not getting the promised speed of 512 kbps which comes with the package and was available before until Apr12. Although, I have been complaining this to the complaints department of TATA PHOTON the customer rep tell me that the usage of 5 Gb is exhausted. My billing cycle is from 5th of every month to 5th. This month also the complaint I lodged today met with the same response although it has been only 5-6 days since the start of new billing cycle, which was 5th of Jun. I'm astonished how 5gb has been used within this short period of less than a week. I've asked the customer care to check the billing period and reset the usage after 5th Jun but it seems their system shows an error and reports the mistaken over usage. Please take down this complaint against TATA Photon service provider which has failed to provide the promised services to its customers despite having complained at least 4 times about the same issue.
