my photon whiz is not giving the apropriate speed

If you are not going to increase the speed of Photon whiz from 1kb to 153 kb or change my photon whiz into Photon Plus on my own responsibility within seven days then I am bound to approach Honourable Consumer Court on your risk and cost.
