Tata Photon Whiz — No further Bill Payment

Sir/Madam,


This complaint is regarding my tata photon whiz no-[protected] in the name o[censored]dit Singhal.I would like to inform you that my tata photon device is not working since 5th feb,i lodge a complaint for the same in Mansarovar market number[protected] Bhopal(MP),but i recieved no response and my device is still not working,even then i made a full payment of the bill,and now i want to dissconnect my connection,because i got transferred and having my company's net.So i want to let you know that iam not going to pay the bill for next cycle,because this is tata indicom's fault that my device is not working and not mine,so why do i pay for those days also in which my device was not working because of tata indicom carelessness.iwant an immediate mail regarding this query.
