Tata Photon Whiz — regarding complaint ref. no.310475

Dear sir,
i have already submitted a complain (complain no. 310475),after approacing by you,a system generated mail i received on 6 july 2011 in which wrote that he will called me in 6 business hours but still they never called me and don't solve my complain,i think they take it lightly and think that consumer is forget it.
i request to you please take some strickt action against him.
