[Resolved] Tata Photon Whiz — VERY POOR INTERNET SERVICE

i have purchased tata photon winz for internet surfing from nearby distributer from tata shop located in rang multiplex complex but to my surprise it is not working well i hardely get speed equilent to dialup from thee usd data internet card mydata card number is[protected] but now due to poor service from the provider i want to give backthe instrument and want my money back but the distributer is refusing to do so and also not aggring to change the instrument as he says that it is not in his portfoli to take back the instrument pls suggest and guide also pls provide me some contact details if available with u to do complain to higher authority

Tata Photon — very poor service

i have bought TATA Photon + 2 mnths back the speed is very slow though
it shows full tower

I have also complain(cmpln no.[protected] against this on customer care
but no action has been taken yet,I want you to take quick action as its
almost 2 months that i am not been able 2 browse my net properly.

I AM ALSO NOT RECEIVING PROVER RESPONSE FROM ITS STAFF IN HYDERABAD ONCE I REC. A CALL FROM THE EMPLOY HIS NO. IS[protected] ,BUT HE NEVER CALL BACK OR CAME BACK TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

the staff of jaipur (panchwati circle rara park are not responding properly). i have been surfing form 15 days but no respond.

i have though to to consumer court because i am fully depressed by tata services.

please look into my problem if still tata have any services. (15 days mean something )
