Tata Photon Whiz — WRONG INFORMATION | |||
There was a wrong information provided by customer care of tata photon whiz to me about the monthly internet recharges. on 09/July/2011 i call to customer care to ask about the recharge amount for unlimited internet, then they told me that i can Recharge by Rs.299/- but after that when i recharged it and start using it then after 2 hours my Internet stop working and my core balance becomes negative. then i again call to customer care for that problem then he said to me that the Recharge of Rs.299/- is valid for Home zone areas and my location is not under that zone. But previously that Home zone information was not provided to me . customer care also said to me that the Recharge of Rs.299/- not becomes void for your location. so now if i want to use that internet then i have to Further Recharge with Rs.555/-. so now conclusion is that i lose my Rs.299/- due to only because of wrong information which was wholly provided by customer care. when i asked them for any alternative to use that recharge then they said to me that there was no alternative. and i also have all call recording about that conversation. and My TATA PHOTON WHIZ no. is [protected] and my no. is [protected].
