Tata Photon Whiz — internet accessing speed is very slow

I am using TATA-PHOTON whiz for the past 6 months. My account number is [protected]. I never faced any problem with the speed of accessing internet. But for the past few days, I am facing problem in accessing the internet. First I thought that its because of the coverage problem. But the antenna displayed as full, and showing a full coverage. So, I kindly request you look on to the matter immediately and to take necessary action against the complaint.
